At Keene on Joy, my signature longevity fitness classes are designed specifically for older adults who want to improve their strength, mobility, balance, posture, and overall quality of life in a safe, uplifting, and encouraging environment.
Instead of extreme workouts or trying to keep up with younger generations, my fitness classes are about helping your body stay functional, resilient, and capable for everyday living — while also nurturing emotional well-being and joy.

My approach combines three powerful elements:
Functional fitness for everyday movement
Qigong breathing for calmness, energy, and mind-body connection

Many fitness programs focus only on exercise. My method focuses on the whole person.

As we grow older, maintaining muscle mass and mobility becomes one of the most important things we can do for long-term health and independence.

Each class may include gentle qigong breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system, improve focus, and increase energy flow throughout the body.
